OUR MISSION: To seek justice for the deceased, their families, and loved ones.
Things are not always as they seem. Was the death genuinely an accident, or is there something more sinister at play?
When a case is classified as accidental, those left behind often feel unsettled and in disbelief.
Every day across this nation, women and children are killed by individuals they trusted. These tragedies do not discriminate based on ethnicity or socioeconomic status. However, it is evident that discrimination can arise during the investigative process.
When you learn of an unexpected and untimely death of a loved one, it is natural to feel anger, assign blame, and seek answers that may be elusive.
Problem #1
We grieving relatives – indeed, we are victims as we search for clarity – can also become victimized by law enforcement and costly attorneys who promise to deliver the answers and justice we urgently need for our loved ones.
Sadly, the chances of achieving true justice through an attorney at this stage are slim. Nancy has observed that when hiring an attorney, who will then engage an investigator at additional expense to the family, both may encounter resistance from the Police, District Attorney (DA), and Medical Examiner’s office (ME), particularly if the case remains officially open. This can also result in negative consequences.
Problem #2
Law enforcement, like any profession, may resist external critiques, demands, inquiries, and insinuations. After this disheartening and hopeful journey, families often find themselves back at square one, having spent tens of thousands of dollars.
Problem #3
Additional complications arise from the inflated egos within certain Law Enforcement agencies, the lack of experience among some Coroners, and Prosecutors who will only take on cases they believe they can win, alongside the falsely reported, under-investigated deaths of children as highlighted by the CDC.
The Solution:
There is no such thing as The Perfect Murder. Unfortunately, many deaths are subject to flawed investigations. Therefore, all sudden, unattended, unexpected deaths should be treated as crime scenes until proven otherwise. This is where Nancy Tardibuono’s expertise becomes essential.
